Worked example
Worked example: 3.57 W/kg. Power over weight. Band: Choose man or woman to place it on the chart.. Change the numbers and the result updates immediately.
How to use it
- Use the power you want to compare, usually FTP.
- Enter today's weight, in kilograms, without the bike.
- Pick man or woman only if you want the chart band. It is not a race category.
Divide watts by kilograms. If you set man or woman, we place the number on the threshold column of the Allen and Coggan power profile. That is a population comparison, not your race category.
